We're Looking for High School Mentors
Our AIAA High School Student Members need guidance from active professional members like you! Last year, we launched the new AIAA Mentor Match Program, where professionals gave back to the next generation by sharing their knowledge and career insights with students. It was a resounding success, and we are gearing up to begin the second year of offering this program. We are currently looking for committed professionals to dedicate 3 months as a mentor for the Fall 2025 High School Mentorship Cohort.
